“HOW CAN WE HELP OUR BLACK SEA?”. THE GEORGIAN CONTEST HAS STARTED

Another contest for schools has started in Georgia!

“How to help our Black Sea?” is the slogan of this contest.

To participate, schools need to create a presentation, revealing the following topics:

• the most important problems of the Black Sea;

• possible ways to solve the environmental problems of the Black Sea;

• what direct participation the school can take in solving these problems.

In addition to the presentation, participants can also prepare photos and videos of their previous achievements in helping to improve the environmental condition of the sea; of their scientific achievements; of participation in actions on cleanups etc.

The application deadline is January 20, 2022.

Registered participants will be able to present their materials at an online conference at the end of January 2022.

The presentations will be judged by leading scientists of Ukrainian and Georgian institutes of marine research.

The participating school with the best presentation will win a unique opportunity and assistance from the EU4EMBLAS project in organizing the club “The Sentries of the Black Sea”.

Also, the winners will receive gifts:

1st place: computer and field research kits

2nd and 3rd place: video projectors
