Underwater documentary “The Black Sea, Tylygul lyman. Artificial reef balls, 1st year of installation”

Almost a year ago special concrete constructions – reef balls were placed as a part of the experiment in the Tyligul lyman. The reef balls were provided free of charge by the Reef ball foundation. It was done in frame of the project educational event for kids, “Marine diversity around: time to protect it”.

Recently marine scientists visited the reef balls to see the progress.

What did they see? Why do results surprise them a lot? Why did goby fight for living in the reef ball?
