- November 01, 2024
Following the successful experience of the last year, on October 31 of this year, the “Voice of the Black Sea” competition took place again at Shota Rustaveli State University in Batumi, featuring students from eight schools: Sarpi Public School, Batumi Public School No. 2, Batumi Public School No. 6, the 6th Public School of Kobuleti, the 4th Public School of Poti, Anaklia Public School, Elite school “Gorda” and school “Euro 2000”.
Participants showcased a variety of performances, including musical numbers, poetry recitations, and dances focused on marine environmental themes. University professors attended the event and acted as the evaluation jury. The jury assessed each performance based on four criteria: informativeness, theatricality and choreography, creativity, and innovation, using a 10-point scoring system.
First place was awarded to the 4th Public School of Poti, followed by Batumi Public School No. 2 in second place, and Anaklia Public School in third place. The 1st and 2nd place winners received musical systems, while the 3rd place winner was awarded a set of computer accessories. The 6th Public School of Batumi, which secured 4th place, received an incentive prize – a microphone.
All participants were very happy to share their vision of the Black Sea and celebrate its values together.
