1st Call for DRAFT Proposals

EMBLAS-Plus project invites interested institutions to submit Draft Proposals for organizing the Black Sea monitoring surveys, collection and assessment of environmental pollution data and marine litter public awareness campaigns.
The proposals should be submitted electronically by email to procurement.irh@undp.org, by 18 February 2019 at 17.00 of Istanbul time.
